setting up a mailbox account
I need to set up an outlook mail account for a part-time employer. I was advised to use a different browser than the one I use for my day job, so I chose Firefox. I have a user name and password. How do I proceed?

Thank you for your prompt response. Every year I have a recurring one-semester assignment with a part-time employer. The email account is terminated at the end of the assignment. I knew my email name and password, but when I logged into my regular employer's email Outlook account and tried to go to another mailbox from there, my name and password didn't work and I got an error message. My go-to person at the new account suggested I try a different browser, so I tried Firefox, but didn't know how to set up a new account. In the past I have logged in via a password saver, but unfortunately that crashed a few months ago, so I was starting over.
It then occurred to me that I might be able to work around it by creating an incognito account on my other browser and it worked!
As you may have surmised, I am a senior citizen who didn't grow up with technology so I am always learning. I love it but sometimes I hate it. Thank God for my kids and grandkids.

Having more than one account on the same e-mail service can cause some issues. Especially for the browsers Password Manager.
You have a new e-mail and it is all set up? Just go to that site, enter your login, and you should be all set. Are you having any problems?
Please explain the problem in detail. What happens? What is/are the exact error message(s) ?
