I use Firefox exclusively (94.0.1) Suddenly, I cannot log into my credit card account. I've never had this problem. I can log into anything else: Banking account, webpage accounts, ets no problem. But when I try logging in to penfed.org with Firefox I get this error: (An unexpected error happened. We are unable to complete the login process. Please try again.) I can log into the account using Edge.

I emailed penfed. They said try these:

-Reset device network settings. -Power cycle/restart your computer or device. -Clear your cache/history -Ensure that your computer has the most up to date operating system available, and/or your mobile device has the most current mobile app version downloaded. -Open PenFed online in an alternate web browser (i.e. if you are using Internet Explorer, try using Google Chrome, Firefox etc...)

I had previously cleared cache/history and restarted the computer. I have NOT reset the device network settings because I am not familiar with that and don't want to mess something up. Help please
