If you go to the about:config
page in Firefox and set the signon.management.overrideURI
preference to a blank string, can you see the logins and password in the old password manager?
NOTE: That's not a solution to the problem, since (to the best of my knowledge) the legacy password viewer will eventually be removed from Firefox. I just want to make sure that Firefox has the data still.
If you can see them in the legacy password viewer, go back to the about:config
and reset that preference back to what it was.
If you can see them in the legacy password manager, but not Firefox Lockwise, do you remember ever trying to disable multi-processes in Firefox (also called e10s) at some point previously. That will break Firefox Lockwise and some other Firefox features.
If you've done that, you need to undo the changes that you made to disable this feature. This website describes how to disable e10s, so you would be undoing that.
If you don't recall ever trying to disable e10s on Firefox, it will be helpful to know what error messages you are getting. If you press Ctrl + Shift + J on your keyboard, this will open the Browser Console. This is where Firefox-related errors and warnings are sent to. If you've had Firefox open for a while, you may already have some errors there. There's a little trash can in the top-left corner of the window, which will clear all previous error messages.
Once you've cleared the previous messages, (close Lockwise, if it's open and then) try reopening Firefox Lockwise. If there are any error messages, post a screenshot of the error(s). See How do I create a screenshot of my problem?
