I have downloaded Catalina on my Mac and now when I pull up Thunderbird 68.1.2 the message pane font it too small and no add-on is available to change it.

I looked up add-ons to increase the font size, but there isn't one available for Thunderbird 68.1.2. The message list pane and folder pain are probably set at a font size 6 and I can hardly read it. I cannot find any way to change it. Is there a way to increase these font sizes since there is no add-on that will work with this version of Thunderbird?
