You can change urls in the "Top Sites" section. There's no "Favorites" section at all.

I know about the panel "TOP sites", but in addition to the fixed sites there are a lot of superfluous from the history of visiting pages. And as a result, a convenient and minimalistic tab bar (fixed sites) turns into a favela-like Buenos Aires. Just add a tick "show only pinned sites in the top." It would be cool...
