I receive this message, "An error occurred while sending mail: Unable to establish a secure link with Outgoing server (SMTP) mail.twc.com using STARTTLS since it doesn't advertise that feature. Switch off STARTTLS for that server or contact your service provider" However, my SMTP setting is for SSL/TLS and not STARTTLS.

How do I fix this????

What about the other SMTP server which exists in your settings?

Please post your Troubleshooting Information. At the top right of the Thunderbird window, click the menu button , then select Help > Troubleshooting Information. Press the "Copy text to clipboard button" and paste the information into your reply.
