I typed into the browser: WWW.WEIGHTWATCHERS.COM and nothing happened--it would not connect, just kept a blank WHITE screen. I left Firefox Mozilla and went to another browser. It DID CONNECT on other browsers. Why am I not able to get a connection on Firefox?

According to the site (Weight Watchers) you need to clear your browser's cache :

Options (or 'Tools') => Privacy & security => under Cookies and Site Data => Clear History

Check 'Chached Web Content' and click on the 'Clear' button.

Does that make a difference  ?
