The steps to open the build in Saved Logins manager are cumbersome:

Click the menu button and choose Options.
Click the Privacy & Security panel.
Click Saved Logins… under Forms & Passwords. The Password Manager will open.

I'd like to create a shortcut on my Toolbar to open this Password Manager dialogue immediately. Can this be done?
