"Selenium IDE could not be verified for use in Firefox. Proceed with caution" Selenium IDE (2.9.0). Firefox version 40.0.3. Please help qiuck.

Selenium IDE (2.9.0) was installed and it is present in the tool bar too. But, when I try to execute a record, I do not see the regular options to do so. In the Add-ons Manager Page, I see that the Selenium IDE has the following disclaimer to it: "Selenium IDE could not be verified for use in Firefox. Proceed with caution." The same message is present for the C#, Java, Python and Ruby formatters. Please help.
