Sending email from account A but when received shows account B
I have four email accounts in my Thunderbird. If I send from one specific account, something goes wrong and when it's received, it shows the receiver that it came from another one of my accounts. This is only happening to one of the accounts and has only just started to happen, it was working perfectly before and nothing has been changed in any of the accounts. Please help.

What mail Provider / Providers?
Both accounts are hotmail.
Ok do you have separate live ids for each account of are they those alias things that Microsoft can not get right and always send from the primary account name.
Separate ids.
go to Tools menu (alt+T) > account settings.
Select outgoing server (SMTP)
make sure all your SMTP server have a name that you can identify as belonging to an ID. Check the username to make sure it is what you think it should be.
Now for each of the accounts click on the account name in the list of accounts and select the entry with the accounts name. (above server settings) check the SMTP server set in that pane for the account is the correct one.
When I dud this once I found I was using the same gmail SMTP for two accounts and did not have one for the second account, adding another SMTP was my cure.
So I took you advice and trawled through the accounts and their SMTPs. I tried changing account A with all of the SMTPs and the one for it wasn't working at all so it defaulted to the other. Deleted offending account and reinstalled it, now it's working fine. Thank you for your advice and for sending me in the right direction. :)
