Firefox Menu > Settings > Content > Langauges
- Remove all the language
- "Select language to" - Add > Choose "English (US)"
or
Download the install the English Version on top of your current language.

Running an English language installer -- there are several flavors/flavours to choose from -- probably is easiest. You should not remove your French Firefox first, just let the new installer replace the relevant files.
