Just started happening a few days ago. On Lifepoints (lifepointspanel.com) , surveys used to be accessible for one to do. Starting a few days ago , that changed and all now come back with "Try a different survey". No changes on my end. Support at the site indicates it is a browser issue. Any clues? For years I could sign in easily to my email account by accessing spectrum.net. Recently I could not sign in as previously but received a repeated message from Spectrum: "We're sorry, somethng didn't work quite right. Please try again from home or contact us for asitance. IDID-4049" I was using my home iMac desktop. I contacted Spectrum and was elevated to an engineer to trouble shoot my issue. They were not able to help me. I subsequently tried using FireFox trouble shooting mode and was able to connect with spectrum.net. However the normal non-trouble shooting mode still generated the same "We're sorry..." message from spectrum. I had allowed pop-ups, etc using the FireFox "Privacy and Security" settings.

I'm using Firefox on a Mac, and I'm having trouble dragging screenshots from my desktop into ChatGPT. I can upload images using the "+" button. Dragging and dropping images works in other browsers. In Firefox, dragging images into ChatGPT is unreliable or stops working. I have tried restarting Firefox and disabling add-ons, but the problem persists. I also tested a private window.
Could you help me identify the cause and suggest a solution?

For some inexplicable reason, when I visit any Wikipedia page (as of Thursday 8th October 2026), the pages display with a huge oversized font that also impacts the format and layout of the page in my browser. I have not made any adjustments on my PC to increase font display size. Wikipedia is the ONLY website that displays in this manner.
I am running Firefox 115.42.0esr (64-bit), which appears to indicate Firefox is up-to-date on my Windows 8.1 desktop PC. Please note that I am still running Windows 8.1 on this device out of choice.
I reported the fault initially to Wikipedia itself, and the response is that any fault is at my end. I have visited the same Wikipedia pages via Chrome Version 109.0.5414.168 (Official Build) (64-bit) and the pages display normally.
I have attached a sample screenshot to illustrate.
Any ideas how I can resolve this issue please?

Firefox 157.0 is displaying some websites incorrectly. Newsmax pages turn white and McMaster-Carr is also displaying incorrectly such that I cannot make an order even if logged it. The same sites work correctly in Edge which I have an intense dislike for. I have already restarted Firefox and rebooted Windows. This started after the Firefox 157 update.

Why can't I select anything in Amazon Prime Video ONLY? I can login to amazon and click on anything and it opens but when I click on Prime Video or try refresh nothing happens? I went to HBO and watched several programs just fine. Prime also let me purchase severals things fine. I can move the cursor in Prime Video to different areas but nothing happens when I try to select it. Then if I try to go back or refresh nothing happens. So I open a new browser and go anywhere else like HBO or even open Amazon again fine. Cache and history cleared. Very odd. Any ideas?

After the recent Firefox upgrade a couple of days ago, I am unable to get to my Questrade login page. I click login, I get a white page with a message in bottom left hand corner "transferring data from login.questrade.com..." and no further response. I am able to login with MS Edge, and Firefox is able to access all my other websites except this one.
I have run through all the things to try in the Firefox support article "Firefox can't load websites but other browsers can" to no effect.
I've turned off Bitdefender firewall and antivirus apps to no effect and ran a full system scan with Bitdefender. I really don't want to have to use a different browser each time I want to access questrade site. I would really appreciate any advice as to what else I could try to resolve this issue.
