your device identification does not tell me which devices you are actually identifying. You identify 4/5 devices, but I only have 2. - a new Nimo laptop (Rdn-Can68) and another relatively new Acer Nitro 50 desktop. Not sure what tag you have given for it. Previous systems failed and are gone. Some clarification would be nice!

Firefox is not saving my passwords. Every time I start up my laptop, all the saved passwords are gone. I have tried a refresh and a new install as well, but the problem persists. I have to sync to my other machine to restore them.

Ubuntu - I use the SNAP version of Firefox - I generally have lots of tabs open but only use 5 or so of them and it's generally fine.... but when I am closing Firefox, it USES like 100% of the CPU and ALL of the RAM and ALL of the SWAP memory when closing.

This locks up the computer.

Sometimes it doesn't quite go all the way but I can watch it all happen in real time, using Task Manager - and that shows a solidwall of all resources occouring, when the close Firefox is run.

I am told by research via ChatGPT that this is a very real problem with the SNAP version and it's best to change to the Debian version, copy all the bookmarks etc., across and then uninstall the SNAP version.

It's rather disconcerting to have Linux crash because of this one app locking it up and frequently.

If I have vertical tabs enabled, and tabs sidebar uncollapsed it will unexpectedly change to collapsed if I reorder a tab via drag and drop. See attached gif.

I have unchecked picture in picture in settings, but this function still appears in YouTube and other video sites.

I know it can be removed in about:config but i prefer not to go there. What is the point of this setting if it doesn't work?

Tabs crashing seems to be becoming more frequent. Also I use an online forum when wanting to post a reply I cant see the options for Font size, colour, emoji's etc

Hello, I'm writing here since I lost hope in Microsoft's support. I've seen some other people having the same issue from like July, this problem however started with me around the end of August. Every time I try to log into my hotmail I get the screen attached. The only way to get around it is to delete the cookies/cache related to Live.com and try again. Also, right now, I have to "sign out" from my email to avoid saving cookies or cache related to my login information - otherwise, I will have to do the process again (of deleting the cache/cookies). The thing is, I've always used Firefox to check my hotmail, and I wouldn't log out of my hotmail and check back in quickly any time I want to - the process now is getting sluggish. I've contacted Microsoft (or let's just say, tried to) but I kept going in loops and never got an answer. So I'm here in hope I get any ideas (and I have a feeling that it is something from Microsoft's side and not from Firefox side because the problem occurred suddenly and not after a specific update to Firefox).

Hi, I wanted to reduce height of tabs and remove borders in file userChrome.css.

So far this works for height, but was wanting to know if a negative value can be used to reduce further, Also tried some code to remove radius but it didn't work. Remove radius for selected tab and also hover on tab.

I’m facing an issue where the contact number on my website is not visible when viewed in Firefox, while it displays correctly in other browsers like Chrome, Safari, and Edge.

My business is called Rama Rehab, a Rehabilitation Centre in Delhi, and it's crucial for visitors to see our phone number for inquiries and bookings. The number is embedded in the site header/footer (or contact section), but for some reason, Firefox either hides it or fails to render it correctly.

I've used Slack every day for the past decade, and Firefox has been my primary browser for some time now. I've never had an issue with the two, but now, Firefox is reliably crashing every time I attempt to open Slack.

I've tried clearing my cache both broadly and specific to Slack, with neither producing results. Even tried deleting all cookies on Firefox, which was a bit of a pain, and it was no help.

I did read up on some people encountering a similar issue that could be fixed by deleting the Slack entry in "about:serviceworkers," but this did not help here.

The only extension I'm running is uBlock Origin, which I've been running for probably as long as I've been using Firefox, and that has never presented an issue before either.

Would appreciate any help or advice on the matter.

I seem to have installed the YouTube webapp on Firefox when I clicked 'add tab to taskbar' that's new in 143. It shows up as recently added program on Windows. When I go to find the origin it leads to Firefox.exe. I can't find a way to uninstall through the browser or on Windows. Does anyone know how?

I was installing the latest vwersion and the all of my pages disappeared , plus the is not even an app to get in. Please help ... everything was on Firefox, even my bank account and email.
