let me know when v29 gets fixed, meanwhile I've gone back to v28 and turned off updates

29 just doesn't behave. I can't put the tabs on the bottom, had lots of crashes, it's just not ready yet

For all the talk about how customizable it is, you'd think the first thing I tried to move would be moveable. Nooope! Don't want the address bar on the bottom. Don't want a browser that looks like Chrome. Thanks for the customization!

That exposes your system to the following security vulnerabilities.

You can, using an add-on like Tabs on Bottom or Classic Theme Restorer, or a user style.

Hrm, looks like the address bar is moveable. For some reason when I tried earlier, it was not. The 'grab' icon didn't appear on the bar and click+drag didn't work.

Tried a bit ago and that all changed in addition to there being some more stuff on the customize tab: initially the Additional Tools and Features area only had ~6-7 options. Now it's double that. Also now have Buttons (Normal|Small) and Mode (Icons|Icons + Text|Text) options at the bottom.

Still have to use the add-on to get the address bar in the 'right' spot between the tabs and menu bar, but at least it's back to looking normal and not like Chrome.
