I deleted Mozilla Firefox and my internet explorer would not open. I can't reinstall Firefox because I can't find the file anywhere and can't get on Internet explorer to reinstall it there. Is there anything I can try?

Is it an option to download Firefox onto a USB flash drive on another computer so you can copy it onto your computer? Make sure the get the "full" installer from this page:

https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/

(I don't know whether you can use your iOS device for the download and sync it over to the PC using iTunes.)

By the way, do you know whether your computer can connect to the internet without using a browser? For example, you use an email program such as Outlook, Thunderbird, Windows Live Mail, Outlook Express, etc., is it able to retrieve email?

I would use the GUI option (using Windows Explorer/Computer) to access the mozilla FTP folder.
