FF 23 Android - Hitting allow on "firefox prevented this site (addons.mozilla.org)..." does nothing. FAQ mentions security option that doesn't exist.

Here is an example, pressing the Allow button dismisses the dialog but the extension does not install; tried several extensions.
Tried going into about:config and disabling the extensions blocklist with no effect.
