When I google a topic and go to the sites, I am diverted to misc other sites. What is wrong
e.g. I searched "dive oban shore" the results come up OK. When I click on the links I go shopping sites, sites with pics of clouds etc etc. This not specific to the above search, it happens each time. How do I stop this?

Do a malware check with some malware scanning programs on the Windows computer.
You need to scan with all programs because each program detects different malware.
Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.
