Everytime I exit your new Firefox, it will NOT start up later. A message tells me it's still running and I must restart my computer to start Firefox.

I downloaded the new Firefox for my PC Windows 7 computer. After using and exiting Firefox, the browser will not restart. Instead, I get a message that says it's still running, BUT it won't open! The only way to get Firefox to run properly is to restart my computer. This takes too much of my time. What's wrong?
