Firefox will not work.

Internet conection is fine, firewall configured, firefox removed and reinstalled (3.6 and 4.0) and all I get is;

"The server at en-gb.start3.mozilla.com is taking too long to respond."

Do any websites load?

Mine will not even load, tried from shortcut, program files and nothing. Rebooted PC and still it will not start? Any thoughts anyone?
