Firefox 3.6.13. Won't open a new window. Won't open bookmarks in Bookmark bar using ctrl/click. Won't open links to web from within Thunderbird emails. When I shut it down it asks me if I want to save all the open tabs but there aren't any displaying.

Do you have that problem when running in the Firefox SafeMode?

Don't select anything right now, just use "Continue in SafeMode."
