My new messages don't show up as new. They look like they've been opened. How can I change this?

Mozilla suddenly stopped getting new email yesterday. I was able to send email - it just didn't pick up new email. Time Warner got it up and running. Now, all my email have the same appearance. New, unread email looks the same in the Inbox and read email. I need a way to distinguish the two. Any thoughts?

Firefox is not an email program, so I assume that you are having problems with some email website. Which site?
