laptop firefox browzer installed a new versaion lost all my bookmarks

my laptop installed a windows update on last shut down, when I restarted the laptop I no longer had firefox / mozilla installed it asked me to download the new version which I did and the only inport for my bookmarks was from windows, chrome, MS Edge, I have always used FIrefox as my browzer, I have no book marks on the others. this newdownload has installed over my bookmarks folder, there is only screen shots of opening windows in the history from July or August. how can I restore my older version on firefox and my bookmarks. I need those for log ins to my work on wild land fire. and Gov sites. among other things. I recently have terminated my old email addresses and have created a new website, my previous email may have been [redacted] @anglersnirvana.com which has been expired or [redacted] @andersonrmoore.com can update me on my phone gmail account, [redacted] @gmail.com. /redacted emails from community support forum
