Exchange - Add-on required --> log-in not possible

Dear Support,

we can not log-in with our office 365 account. We need to log-in with "Exchange Add-on erforderlich", but we receive this error message.

I attached you some screenshots. We do not understand why this error appears.

When we log-in with option "Exchange" then it works but we need the other option because we need to have the sub-folders.

Please help us.

The believe the error is related to using OWL. You should contact the author of the add-on.
