I made a custom theme for firefox and submitted it to AMO. It's approved, but I have no idea how to actually apply it. I don't see any option to install or use. What am I missing? How do I actually use it?

Congratulations on your theme! I have made a few and it is good fun to do.

If you select the "view" in your screenshot and choose "View Product Page" do you see your theme listed?

I have had a look for it myself and cannot find it. You may need to ask about this in the dedicated add-ons forum at https://discourse.mozilla.org/c/add-ons/add-on-support/111
