I’m trying to install thunderbird on this device but when I click on the downloaded file it takes me to a page with the title of the file but I can’t do anything with it. No buttons available.

What device ? as you do not mention what OS you have.

The Thunderbird email client from https://www.thunderbird.net/thunderbird/all/ is only for Windows , macOS and Linux.

Tb 128.0 requires Windows 10/11 macOS 10.15 or later and Linux while the old Tb 115 branch (currently at 115.13.0) requires Windows 7 or later, macOS 10.12 or later and Linux to run.
