I used the Firefox mobile app for a while now and I noticed a high battery usage from it. If 10% of battery gets drained during the night, at least 75% of that is used by Firefox (according to the battery stats of my Pixel 6)

Is it possible to slow down the background sync or maybe dont sync at all during the night if the phone is locked?

Always close unused applications open applications menu( triple bar button or quare) and swipe out apps you want to close. Sometimes it might be necessary to force stop application in android menu settings applications Firefox force stop.
