Downloading a file shouldn't be this difficult

I've downloaded a calendar file 4 times from a website. I've checked all of my 2 download folders with internet and SD card. Not there. I 4 notifications listed next to the Firefox shortcut. Where the hell did Firefox send the files and how do I deal with the notifications. Not listed when I go into the settings. Beyond frustrating. Shouldn't be this hard. Urgh.

So that I can try and replicate the issue here, what is the address of the website that you are trying to download the calendar file from?
