I decided not to give permission to access my friends list, so it wouldn't let me play.

Anyway, Adobe Flash was retired a while ago and no browsers run it any more. So if the game has been updated in the past year or two it shouldn't be saying that.

Maybe the game's script is confused and what it really means is that something is blocked that is needed to run the game.
