When you visit a non-kosher site using the desktop, under the help menu is the option to report the site.

Hello,

I would like to note that under the help menu, you can always report deceptive sites (you could even report this one if you wanted).

I see what you mean by it not being available. Please go to ideas.mozilla.org to submit this as a feature request.
