The firefox setting menu and everything else renders at 90fps but the moment I switch back to a website, it starts to render at 60fps, I have set the screen to be 90 at all times in the settings, I have a Oneplus 7 Pro. Please help.

Solved by running adb shell settings put global oneplus_screen_refresh_rate 0
