I suggest you ask the addon author, this is a Thunderbird support forum, not support for individual add-ons.

The send later download page https://addons.thunderbird.net/en-us/thunderbird/addon/send-later-3/ points to the support site for the addon.

But I suggest you check you have the current version installed and it is not awaiting a restart to update before you contact them
