How to move bookmarks from one folder to another in ios?

Hi! Hope you’re well! I’m having troubles editing the location of the bookmarks on the desktop through ios, via sync account! But in my app (version16 (1264) I think) it doesn’t appear the three dots to edit the bookmark in question or in the menu!

Would be nice to solve! Thanks and sorry for the question! Regards
