Slow address book in Thunderbird 60.x

I have 23000 address in my address book. When I write an e-mail in Thunderbird 57.x, the address book is working fast, but, when I upgrade the Thunderbird 60.x, that is working very slow (I have to wait 5-6 sec, when I begin to write an adress in new message)! Reinstall 57.x (ot 5x.x) and good (fast) again. I've try the beta (64.0b3), but slow. I've deleted the global-messages-db.sqlite, and restart Thunderbird, but nothing change.  :(

What is the problem with Thunderbird 6x.x version?
