Trapped out of opening Thunderbird by msgbox that reads “Thunderbird is already running, but is not responding. The old Thunderbird process must be closed to open a new window “ Msgbox has Close Thunderbird and Cancel cmdButtons. Clicking on Close Thunderbird gets msgbox “Your Thunderbird profile cannot be loaded. It may be missing or inaccessible”.

Running Win 7 Pro on this machine No Thunderbird processes shown running in Task Manager. I can’t find a profile in C:\Users... Following a recent post re: the same issue, I downloaded and installed latest build. Same results. Stuck. Can't open TBird...
