firefox won't download. I had some problems erased it tried to reinstall and it won't let me.

I have windows 10 and Firefox was freezing up. I uninstalled it and every time I try to reinstall it. It says unable to do so some components misusing. After it downloaded the icon. I tried turning off my Norton Antivirus but that didn't help.

Hi, make sure you uninstalled it completely: Uninstall Firefox from your computer. Then download from mozilla.org

Note: You should not need to remove your Profile, as shown under 'Remove user data and settings' in the above article.
