I have 4 computers. How can I set up master email address so that if I delete email from one it deletes from all other locations?

I open my emails from 4 different computers. Once read and deleted, I have to then delete from each computer. Very time consuming. How can I set up a master email address so that once deleted from one device (such as my phone) it will delete from all other computers? Thank you.

You need an IMAP email account and all your email clients setup as IMAP.

Sounds like you are using POP now.
