The Vertical tab AI, where you can connect your AI, is stuck on my work email. Everytime I click to go to my premium personal account it opens a new tab to use the full view option, but i dont want that. I want to use the vertical tab version. The vertical tab version does not switch accounts.

I have paid for and tried to download VPN. It Failed . On further investigation my Mac is running ios 12.7 and is not compatible with VPN. How do I request a refund. Rod Philson [edited email from community support forum]

I KEEP CHOSING "ORGINAL ACCOUNT". IT KEEPS PROMPTING ME TO ""SIGN IN"". BUT IT DOESN'T GIVE ME ANY PLACE TO SIGN IN AT. THE BROWSER IS DEAD. I'VE BEEN WORKING ON THE PROBLEM FOR HOURS. MAYBE IT IS A PERMISSION, A STARTUP SETTING, THIS LAPTOP, WINDOWS 11 OR A COMBINATION OF ALL THESE THINGS. I DOWNLOADED "BRAVE" BROWSER AND IT WORKS FINE. I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO. I CAN LOG INTO MICROSOFT, GOOGLE, BUT MOZILLA IS LIKE, REALLY REALLY DEAD.

I am unable to use my download with my OS system. I would like a refund for the purchase I made an hour ago. I have seen the links to "how to request a refund" that you have provided for other users and i have followed those instructions and have been taken in circles on the website which just lead me back to this forum.
