I am unable to use my download with my OS system. I would like a refund for the purchase I made an hour ago. I have seen the links to "how to request a refund" that you have provided for other users and i have followed those instructions and have been taken in circles on the website which just lead me back to this forum. I would like substantial instructions on how to get the refund.

I take it you are referring to the subscription based "Mozilla VPN" app and do not have macOS 13.0 or later to run it as shown on https://www.mozilla.org/products/vpn/download/
