Can I restore my bookmarks from a cache folder?

When I wanted to back up my bookmarks I erroneously selected the profile in AppData > Local instead of AppData > Roaming. As a result I don't have any "bookmarkbackups" folder.

Is there a way to restore my bookmarks from the cache folder I have in AppData > Local backup?

Sorry, there are no bookmarks in the cache or anywhere in the AppData > Local file path.
