If modzilla truley is concerned with privacy why was google analytics attached to the update download? I feel betrayed.

I just downloaded the newest firefox/modzilla update and ghostery showed Google Analytics attached to it. This is hardly what I have firefox/modzilla for.

Yes, Ghostery did it job and blocked it.

hello, some of mozilla's websites make use of google analytics to learn and improve upon the usage of the sites. this is communicated in the privacy policy at https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/privacy/websites/
