Firefox settings problem, category 'General' won't open/activate so I can't select 'open previous windows and tabs'. Tried restarting Macbook pro but didn't help.

You can try "Clear the startup cache..." via the "Help -> More Troubleshooting Information" (about:support) page.

Try to start Firefox in Troubleshoot Mode to see if that works.

  • Mac: hold down the Options key while starting Firefox
  • Windows: hold down the Shift key while starting Firefox
