recently on youtube when it loads and even when click onto another video i get this weird colour shape boxes see pic and i dont know whats causing it

Does it still happen in Troubleshoot Mode?
unfortunately no. i tried a full reinstall of firefox removed all folders and data but still happens not sure could be gpu maybe or maybe refresh rate of monitor
If it doesn't happen in Troubleshoot Mode then you could try disabling hardware acceleration.
