Dear All,

I am experiencing problems reading my emails under the German WED.DE email provider. When klicking them to open, the normal text is not showing. Only Links, email addresses and URL's which may be in the email are visible. Klicking "reply" or "forward" does make the email content visible. It started about two or three updates ago and does not apply to all emails, but still a rather large number, if not the majority are affected.

I tested logging-in to my emails on Microsoft Edge, where I do not experience this problem. Neither do I have it when logging in on my smartphone. Hence my conclusion that it must have something to do with the latest updates from FF for Windows(10).

In "answer" to my own question, I must correct something essential in it. It should read: "I am experiencing problems reading my emails under the German 'WEB.DE' email provider" and not WED.DE

It's possible the web page is not loading properly. Load the web page. Then, to reload the page bypassing the cache and force a fresh retrieval; Ctrl+Shift+R (Mac=Command+Shift+R)

Thank you for your support. Unfortunately thi remedy did not solve the problem, but at least I now know how to actively refresh a website:-).

The problem persists. I have another computer which I haven't used for several months and which accordingly does not have the latest FF updates on it. I blocked FF from updating and tried my emails;and see there, the problem does not occur. So it must be something that started about three updates ago.

Please can anybody advise what to do here?

Make sure you are not blocking content.

Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
