My tabs have disappeared unless I move the mouse up to them. I prefer to see them all the time. How do I change them back?

I want to see the tabs at the top of the page all the time, and the icons I have below too! How do I change back to showing these?

Hi Michael, possibly Firefox is in its "full screen" mode. The F11 key switches between regular and full screen. (On Mac, it's Command+Shift+f.)

Was that it?

Thanks jscher2000!

I wish I have your problem... I have the reverse problem instead.

F11 (full screen) key does not put the screen in full screen, I still see my tabs and address bar. I can't take a full-screen screenshot with these still in view.

Update: Nevermind! Found out I could right-click on the title bar and select "hide"

Hi Walter, two notes:

(1) If the cursor is in the address bar, Firefox won't go to full screen with F11. You have to cancel using F11 again, click on the document, then F11. At least, that's how it normally works.

(2) There's a full-page screenshot feature available from the Page Actions menu (•••) at the right end of the address box. Might help? More info: Take screenshots in Firefox.

Note that Walter already fixed this via "Hide Toolbars" in the right-click context menu.
