For the past two weeks FF has been crashing regularly. I have tried all the fixes offered on your website but none have worked. I am considering changing over to Google Chrome because this is so aggravating. I do report all crashes when they occur which has been about 20-30 times per day.

Can you give us a crash-report number? You can find this by typing "about:crashes" in the Awesome bar.

That's the text bar where you put the urls. Actually, I think it's called the Location bar now, sorry.
