I tried to access information on State Farm Insurance website. I'm using Firefox 3.5.5 which was supposed to work. Using Firefox, it hungup with message Timer retrieving please wait. After trying IE6 which resulted in message that I had to update browser, I contacted them too. They are escalating the issue to higher level tech support. I cannot use IE7 on my system. My brother used to guide me as to when or if I should upgrade to new version of Firefox. He recently passed away. Before upgrading, I would like to know what the highest version of Firefox can be used on my system without causing a problem. It may well be the one, 3.5.5, that I'm using. Please advise.

Firefox 3.6.x is the last to support a PII processor like that. Firefox 4.0 and above need a P4 processor or higher.
