Right-click a blank area on the Tab Bar and de-select Tabs on Top.

I trust that the PC you posted here with is a different PC than the one where you have Firefox 4 installed. If not, you should have a new Profile for Firefox 4 if you intend on continuing to use an older version, such as 3.5.19. Otherwise, you may have problems when you switch back and forth between 4.0 and the other version.

Create a new profile exclusively for 4.0 and create a desktop shortcut with -P "profile" appended to the target to launch that profile.
