Hi Evelyn, for audio output, Firefox generally uses the current default device in Windows. If you right-click the little speaker icon in the notification area (usually lower right end of the Windows Task Bar) and click Sound Settings, you can change that system output device there. Does that work?

For microphone input, Firefox should detect Bluetooth devices that are paired with Windows. When a site tries to use the microphone, Firefox would normally drop a permission panel with a device selector. Is that not working?
