I found a page about importing passwords from Chrome, which may work for Brave since it is based on Chrome: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/import-data-another-browser#w_import-passwords-from-chrome-with-the-csv-file-via-the-migration-wizard

I'm not aware of a way to transfer tabs, maybe someone else can help with that.
