Can't figure out how to get rid of white flower w.in Firefox dock icon on mac=or what it means!

I recently had this flower appear after 'allowinig F.Fox to detect devices, before I used a EHD for backups TIme machine and transfers. I have unplugg EHD, turned off "hanndoff" in general settings prefs, and tried dragging icon in applications folder to replace flowered one-nothing worked. I have no downloads in progress, and it doesn't show this on my 3 other Macs and iphone? Wiish I could just hover mouse arrow over it and get more direct info/answer... John-MA

It may be related to the Profile you are using with Firefox.
